Unable to join Grand Company, I used a skip. This is a 1.0 character.

1.0 character, used Tales of adventure ARR. I no longer have a grand company, and unable to join one. Support advised me to make a post here.

edit #1: Tried to do Arcanist/Summoner quest at level 30, I had to redo bowl of embers because it said I haven't completed it yet.
