(Congestion: part 2 ) So I move to Omega and still find myself in an 1,800 queue.

It's taking the best part of an hour to log in, and this is a new world. Have this many people moved that we've just created another "congested" server?
With all this "return to eorzea" and "recruit a friend" deal going on... Not to mention the encouragement to level-out the server populations with free transfers (Which I obviously hopped into)

I mean obviously you want your game to have as many subscribers as possible -- But can I just suggest to the FFXIV team as politely as possible - if you want a popular and growing game, you do need to be able to accommodate all the players joining your servers.

It's rather defeatist if the attitude is just to hope you only get "so many" online and that isn't exactly gonna expand the player base.
And heck, I know it's worse elsewhere, I moved in part due to a 4k queue on balmung and the inability to progress through the instances.

I just don't think this is acceptable service currently, so I hope something is being done about it.
