Once you hit 50, what gear do you actually go for?

In my search of how to gear up my LS once they hit 50, I'm constantly trying to figure out:

What gear is still relevant, and for what classes? Keep in mind none of them will have any Stronghold Gear, NM gear, raid gear or any of the sort. So, what would you do to help a fresh 50 gear up? Crafted gear only? If not, what pieces and from where? What's typically BiS?

An easy 90% of all BiS gear across all jobs is crafted. Focus on that.

Arc - Silver Tricorn, Rainmakers Tunic, Crab Bow, Pieste belt, Felt Trousers (red), Cobalt-Plated Jackboots (red), Fingerless Raptorskin Gloves of Slaying (white), Cobalt Arrows, Dated Amethyst Ring x2, Dated Mythril Choker.

That is the gear I would use for Arc if I only used crafted gear.

edit: For Nm/Raid/GC gear I would use.

Helm of the Lone Knight (DarkHold) or Paragon's Crown (All dow/dom to 50), Ifrit bow (NM) or Ul'dahn Composite Bow (GC) or Mischievous Mogbow (NM), Mercenary's Slops (NM) or Flame Sergeant's Sarouel (GC (Assuming it's all dow classes)), Penance (NM) or Flame Sergeant's Sash (GC).

I think that covers all optimal weapons and gear for Arc.

What about NM Gear/Stronghold Gear/Darkhold gear. Any of it viable? What about GC gear?
