Reclaiming Enquire Within

Need your help here. So, I've recently transferred from Odin to Louisoix. However, I've been hit with a small issue... In transferring I gave up my apartment (it refunded me 500k for the apartment plus 500k for furnishings), including losing the Veteran Reward "Enquire Within" (it's the photo of Hildibrand and his miqo'te colleague). I've checked the housing person who offers that service to reclaim items if you lose your house, and they had no service to offer me. So, where is the option to reclaim Enquire Within that was lost in a free server transfer?

Check the mb, at least on my server they're super cheap since every character you make gets one. Without making a new character there's no way to snag your original.
