An idea to help with WAR selfsustain? Storms Path to give buff for sustain?

Gonna say this, taking away Bloodbath and giving it DPS is just stupid.

Here is something I thought of when reading a comment and thought I would share.

Allow Storms Path to apply a buff where that allows you to sap 15% of damage as health for 21 seconds. Storms Path no longer gives 50% health back on hit.

Very similar to Bloodbath, requires us to use a combo, gives WARs back some self-sustain.

Or, give slashing AND damage increase on Main and make Storms Eye give this buff.

i like this one, but doubt SE gonna give one like this
IMO it's a bit too OP if you can keep it up all the time
though considering SE want to make WAR a tank with no utility then they need to give them ability sustain themselves more than any other tank and/or make them deal damage on level the other 2 tanks can't match

Critical Hits off Steel Cyclone heal for 100% of damage dealt.

Was the most fun part of WAR 1.0 (it stunned the mobs too), bring it back~

And SC has needed a buff ever since Decimate
