Know a few friends who are trying to transfer over, as well as those whoa re wanting to come back, but shockingly, we are LOCKED on population as of this moment. Literally, you cannot make new ones or transfer to Coeurl. We exploded on population due to the perks this quick. Expect it to stay for a week, maybe 2, then things will open again. Anyone else concerned about this sudden population explosion destabilizing an already messed up market?
