Purchase Job-specific Gear - AF2 and other QoL

So we can purchase our original AF1 (lvl 50 set) and the AF3 (lvl 70 set), but we can't buy the AF2 from the Calamity Salvager.

I know that we can buy the AF2 set from Yolaine in The Forgotten Knight in Ishgard. It's under Artifact Gear (DoM) and pay 70 Centurio Seals. Things is, now that 4.0 is here and the entire set is connected to the job quests like the Caller's Attire Coffer for example in the level 60 quest, I was really hoping that we would be able to buy the AF2 gear with gil since there's an achievement connection. Maybe this was just an oversight?

Side note: It would be a great QoL change if we could store the dye-able versions of the AF sets or rebuy them from the Calamity Salvager too. Having to buy augments and upgrade items to make them dye-able is not fun...and if you keep them on a retainer, you lose more storage which is also not fun.

Super side note: could you consolidate the NPCs who sell the buy-able achievement gear and replica weapons to one location or give us a housing merchant version for easy access?
