Missing Job Quests

Hi! So, during early access my game was working completely fine as in I had access to everything and was able to complete the main storyline. However, after early access ended, I registered the code that came in from my physical pre-order copy of the game (PC version) that came in the mail (I bought it from Amazon if that helps). Even though I registered the new code, a bunch of my level 60+ job quests went missing. I still have access to everything else Stormblood related (zones, trials, etc), it is ONLY the Stormblood job quests that are missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance!
