Server Transfer question

I want to do the free server xfer and I have a question I can't find the answer to. Is the quest progress saved? I'm towards the end, at the lochs and I don't want to miss something, or have to start over if it's erased. I presume that everything is saved progress wise, just very unsure. About how long does it take once the app is submitted?

It saves all your progress. I transferred from Excalibur NA to Ragnarok EU about a month and half ago. Transfer was done about 10 minutes after payment went through.
