The Duty server seem to be down on EU Datacenter since 3 hours past.
At begining you was able to enter after "Reservering Party" with a full party but now its not working.

Same here... waited 15 minutes before it kicked us out.
Queed for dungeon 3 times just to get error after 50min wait :

Yup, on Shiva, we're stuck in Reserving Server, and have been for 16 minutes so far. Party matching died first, and now full parties are affected. Many reports on shout chat of the same.
On Ragnarok it's the same.
People can't join any dungeons after waiting X minutes, am solo Tank on Expert roulette and I'm at 35 minutes + and my Role Waiting List is still #50.
Some say they've managed to get in after waiting a crazy amount of time but it varies from person to person.
