NA PRIMAL Data Server seems to be down - Getting error at title screen when attempting to connect and then complete shut down with server error message. Error 2002
Checked other servers and they all seem to connect just fine so issue is only with Primal Data Server.
are there really so few of us experiencing this error that no one official is noticing? or is everyone still asleep?
I've been unable to log in for 1.5 hours now, but there's nothing going on on the forums and nothing on official website about it. What the heck is going on???:mad:
Don't think it is those as all other servers are up including NA Server Aether.
Its a failure of the client to connect to the data center, so its not related to the second one. If its a ddos attack then usually the client will get different behavior at every attempt to log in, but I'm getting the same result every time.
Here's the fun part, I was in q for chat support, now I'm getting a chat support not available, their hours are 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.! wait...its 10:30 a.m....pretty sure i fall within that time range...
Doesn't help that the support chat is down on weekends as well so only contact to SE is by email which isn't responded to for up to a month if ever.
