STORMBLOOD PS4 Standard edition code does not work

I know other people are having access issues today but is anyone having the issue on PS4 where the full license code received in the physical copy of the game is invalid?

Ive been playing early access all week and tried to register my code a few times but it keeps saying its invalid. i received an email from SE saying they are aware of this issue but that it should be resolved. ive opened a ticket but i didnt receive an email confirming a ticket was open is this normal?

i see alot of people have said they have been able to find their codes from a link in the original confirmation email but i guess this is for PC users only?

is anyone else having this issue on ps4? what can we do?
