Red Pin on map for area inside Kugane is in the wrong location

Time: June 24th 2017, 1:51am Mountain time
Frequency: All the time
World name: Hyperion
Character name: Hezkezl Mewrilah
Class/Level: Level 70 Black Mage
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: All the time
Area and coordinates: Kugane, Ijin District, Garlean Consulate

Steps:
1. Open Map
2. Head to the Garlean Consulate, inside the Ijin District
3. Stand on top of the 'red pin' marker showing where the middle of the Consulate area is supposed to be.
4. Notice that by standing there, you're not in the Garlean Consulate at all.
5. Take a few stops to the west, closer to the Festus NPC and notice that you're now in the Consulate.
6. Step back towards the red pin map marker, and you're out of the Consulate area.
7. Realize that the pin needs to be a few inches to the left on the map.

Every single other red pin map marker in the game will show you in the area it mentions if you stand on it. This is the only one that doesn't, therefor it's bugged and needs moving a few inches.
