Cant Load ul'dah Airship Cut scene

I cant load the Ul'dah airship cut scene:
This can happen either of two ways.

• If i go to Ul'dah and take an airship, when it arrives my screen fades to black and appears to be stuck in a loading screen.
• If i take an airship to Ul'dah from one of the other cities, i get to see the cut scene of me getting on the airship. But when i get to Ul'dah it seems to get stuck on the loading of the me arriving at ul'dah cut scene.

As long as im not going from uldah or to uldah i can use the airship service.

I've tested this about 5 times now, and it happens every time and I end up alt-tabbing to crash the game.

My PC is a Homebuilt Computer:
i5 2500k, 4gb ddr3, nvidia gtx 480.

On Windows 7 64bit.
Internet provider: British Telecom - broadband.
