FFXIV Stormblood Random Crashes

Started yesterday 23 JUN 12

I am getting constant, entirely random seeming crashes straight to the desktop. There is no error message or any sort of indication as to what might be causing these crashes. I've updated to the most recent Nvidia Drivers and tried rolling back to previous drivers. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing XIV. Nothing seems to help. Sometimes it happens immediately after hitting "Play" followling logging in, not even making it to the title screen. Sometimes it happens just running around the world.

I tried swapping to DX9 and I got strange artifacts in the chat logs and a lack of text anywhere on my screen with the exception of player names in the world.
