With the changes, the delay on Benediction and Hallowed Ground are inexcusable
Basically the title.
With all of the new changes to PvP, I find it inexcusable that spells like Benediction and Hallowed ground STILL suffer from animation delays.
It has been an issue all along, but prior to the changes, you still had other abilities to rely on like Tetragrammaton or Sentinel. However, those were taken away, and the frustrating spells have stayed.
TL;DR: Get rid of animation delays on abilities in PvP
