Hi :) so I have lvl 30 alch, and the alch recipe databases online show that I should have furniture recipes, but I don't have any... am I missing something? What do I need to unlock these recipes, besides the correct level? Thanks for any help!

Housing items are under "Special Recipes", which was moved to a separate tab with Stormblood's release. Partway down the left column, you'll see two buttons, one with a stair step icon and one with a bag with a star on it. Those are for listing regular recipes by level range, or listing special recipes by category, respectively. Click the starred bag icon and you should see categories like Housing.
