Monomachy tooltip

Increases damage dealt to target by 10% while lowering damage taken by target by 10%.

This is incorrect, it does not lower damage taken by the target, it lowers the damage dealt by the target to you. The way the ability is worded right now makes it sound completely useless.

The tooltip should read something like: increases damage you deal to target by 10% while lowering damage you receive from target by 10%.

I reported this as a bug (it's in 'Accepted Bugs' now). The Japanese tooltip is correct so the intended wording should be something like 'Increases damage dealt to target by 10% while lowering damage taken from target by 10%.'

Current wording obviously makes no sense at all!
