That 1 sidequest npc with same story pattern, seriously SE?

I got to the point of steppe map now and i got the very same sidequest story just like 3 previous map before, i know sidequest story can be dull and more like a "chore" but to be same exact pattern and same problem and same end result even to the point of the presentation? cmon SE.

Its that sidequest with this npc that feel useless/weak and think he didnt contribute anything to his village/tribe so he want to try new stuff which got shunned by others at first then he try again but failed and desperate, then finally he found something that only he can do and everyone like "we need you now" happy end.

In total 5 times i encounter this very same pattern sidequest on every SB map and at this point i just skip the text right ahead and be done with it.
