Early access will end before I receive the physical collector edition

Hi,

I'm not alone in this case, I ordered a physical collector edition from square enix shop online, and I still have not received the item. I'm from Canada so there was no option for express shipping, before anyone answer that. Actually, the package is held in customs, and it seems to take some time, and this is really annoying...

Anyone from Square Enix can answer this post, I want to know (and probably many other players in my case) if you knew about this issue, and if you were planning to do something about it, like extending the EA or giving temporary code if we send you a proof (our receip, or even tracking number) to show you that we own a copy of the game.

I honnestly don't want to be locked or to have to pay for a digital copy if I don't want to be locked... It would be really great if you guys had a solution for us.

SE has no control over how long it takes customs to handle your package, even though you might be locked out few days sounds like a expensive thing to do to buy a second copy cause don't/can't wait for the CE to show up and becomes bunch of expensive well stuff (I have other words for what I think CE is).

When you bought the colectors edition you should of received a e-mail for the digital copy so you can download blood-storm without the phisical copy. I got my collectors edition yesterday but have been playing bloodstorm since EA
