Steps:
1. A user goes to a Summoning Bell or Market Board and interacts with windows; and/or begins to craft and stops.
2. They leave and can stay logged in for hours without triggering AFK or interaction
3. Users can come back several hours later and are still logged in.
*Add more steps if necessary
There is no reason to be in a Market Board or in the same windows of a retainer for 30+ minutes.
