Stormblood side quests

Why are the side quests in Stormblood have no description about the quest beyond the initial text which more or less just describing the quest giver?

Is this part of the 'streamline' that came with Stormblood? I understand that many people are rushing to Lv.70 without even enjoying the main story but there are a number of us that do enjoy taking in the lore and stories that help to enrich the world of FFXIV.

It's not just side quests, a handful of MSQ are like this as well. It seems to depend on if the quest has a teaser image when you acccept it. Those that do (Be they MSQ or sidequest) get full descriptions, while those that don't, are just a copy paste of the starting text and the quest objectives.
