Pool Rooms for Player Housing

With the addition of swimming and diving, I thought that having pools might be something interesting for player housing. I also figured that if they were to add pools as something you could place down, they would probably be somewhat lack-luster and take up a ton of space in a house or yard. It was with that that I considered the following:

Similar to how Company Workshops function, there could be purchasable estate additions for a plot known as Pool Rooms that are pre-designed. Within them are pool area's of differing sizes based on the purchased room (From say a Housing vendor). Different tiers of Pool Rooms, more than likely 3, that increase in price, size of pool and add-ons to the room itself (ex. Tier 1 gets a diving board or something).

I do not know what would need to be done to make such a thing happen, but I think that if they were to implement a pool for player housing, that this would be the most optimal way about.
