Character stuck in name change process

I keep trying to change my name, after buying a name change token, and he's stuck. It will not let me change my name, or login. I click okay, and nothing happens. What should I do?

well only thing that it sounds like you can do is contact support

To clarify, are you just trying to log in and clicking okay when it tells you you need to name change? Or have you right clicked your character's name on the login screen and done the actual name change yet?

It says the server is congested, and then it just goes away after I click "ok".
