3084 Error after failed world transfer, can't log in

I tried to do a world transfer 20 June from Balmung to Coeurl. Apparently right around the time Aether data center was having a bout of issues. I got an automated email about 1AM 21 June PDT saying the transfer had been completed, but I can't log on at all. I try to get on the game and I get the message 'connecting to data center' then a black screen and the 3084 message saying world transfer is in process and the game quits. It doesn't matter if I select a different data center to connect to, same response.

Halp. I'd really like to play.
