[Suggestion] Different background options for the character login screen.

A simple enough request that doesn't require much elaboration. Still, to explain my reasoning I feel like I'm not the only one who would appreciate the ability to change the background for the character login screen.

Some characters may look pretty great in game but with the way in which lighting works in certain areas it can cast shadows upon a character's features that aren't necessarily flattering. This happens on the current login screen too - since it used the 'aetherial sea' effect found in the character customisation.

So, in short, I'd like the ability to set different backgrounds for the character login screen so that different lighting can be used to highlight a character's features better.
