Do we know if this is a bug or by design? The wedding rings won't let you port to your other in the stormblood zones. They work in old zones still.

Do we know if this is a bug or by design? The wedding rings won't let you port to your other in the stormblood zones. They work in old zones still.
Design. You have to unlock flying first (as with Heavensward zones).
Not a bug. It's because of the instance partitioning.
