Bug with WHM lilies - more testing needed

I've filed a bug report (which has been accepted) relating to the WHM lily system in PVP, namely that the lilies get consumed by things other than abilities which refer to lilies in their tooltips. The report is here:

It's hard to test this properly because it's a pain to swap abilities out and rely on being in combat and taking damage to actually generate lilies (if only it worked on the training dummies!) so in order to get it addressed, I'd be grateful if other WHMs could add to the bug report with any other abilities they notice incorrectly consuming lilies - especially other PVP additional actions. Thanks.

This goes deeper than you think. We noticed this a couple of days ago and it was going to be included in a larger post, but basically at the moment Lilys not only get consumed, but the CD reduction effect actually works on anything that consumes it. For your example with Muse, your cool down on Muse was actually reduced as any of your normal CD's would have been by your Lilys consumed. This is likely a bug.

Safeguard CD w/ 3 Lilys: 36s
Muse CD w/ 3 Lilys: 36s
Bolt CD w/ 3 Lilys: 18s
etc.

Yes, I noticed this weekend that lilies were getting consumed by Bolt. This has to be a bug. There is no other job that is negatively impacted just for using the run feature (Bolt).

I really hope they hotfix this.

I've experienced this a lot more since and can confirm Koltik's summary. It's a weird bug because in practice it's almost an exploit (having the ability to cleave the cooldown on those important skills can be very strong) but it's actually really annoying because so many of your PVP abilities already use lilies, that having almost everything secretly using them makes you have to think hard before doing anything at all. From the way they've obviously coded it I'm a little concerned that every time we get something new outside of PVP it will end up eating lilies too. I use Bolt a lot and since noticing this I've definitely found the lack of Bolt+Shield or Bolt+boosted Benediction/Assize annoying.
