AST skill Collective Unconscious glitched since Stormblood release

Steps:
1. Use the AST ability Collective Unconscious while targeting another player and having the character configuration setting to always face your target switched on.
2. The other player moves.
3. Collective Unconscious will immediately cancel its cast without the caster doing anything other than automatically facing the target, resulting in the spell having no effect at all.
4. This glitch can be triggered at any point in its channeling, and it makes the spell almost impossible to use in actual combat where people are constantly moving. It used to continue channeling properly until you actually moved to cancel it, which was logical. The same glitch can also be triggered by using keyboard/mouse and trying to look around, apparently, depending on your setup (it occurs on PC and PS4). This is a widespread issue but I couldn't find any formal bug report about it yet, so here you go.
