Not sure if you are still active but me and a friend (level70 Dark Knight and Level 70 Monk) are currently looking for the same and are drawing this conclusion, did you end up starting a FC? We both have previous experience leading a successful mythic guild in WoW before our server dropped in membership due to the "great burnout" of the current expansion (hence why we have venuted to FF14) and the Monk has experience raid leading in said Guild.
We are both British and over 18 regardless, we are still looking in game at current so we may have found somewhere to settle if contacting us is late (as you may have found somewhere too!)
