Diadem gives no experience for participants below 70

I found no information on anyone testing this, so I suckered 7 other people into helping me. Fates give 0 XP and mission completion gives 0 xp. The only aspect that gives xp is combat kills and it's extremely menial.

Do not bother trying to test it for I have and found nothing. I figured I would share this information to anyone interested.

Thanks for the info. I was trying to look that up. It's a shame really. They should consider giving experience particularly since DPS queues are so long.
