[Suggestion] Option to set the hotbar button time buffer

I'd like to be able to set the amount of time I can press, say, a weaponskill button before the recast timer has elapsed and still have it register.

For example, if I set my buffer to be 1 second, then I could press a weaponskill button when it has 1 second or less remaining on the recast timer and it would activate that weaponskill as soon as the recast timer had fully elapsed.

If I pressed the button when it had 1.1 seconds remaining, however, it would do nothing once it had fully elapsed.

Apologies if this is already in the game but I couldn't find the option anywhere. I know there's a small buffer already, but I can't locate a setting to change said buffer.
