Two bugged PVP actions (White Mage "Muse" and Red Mage "Monomachy")

Steps:
1. Cast a healing spell on an ally to gain a Lily on your gauge (WHM specific mechanic). The bug is identical if you have 1, 2 or 3 Lilies.
2. Use Muse (cross-role PVP action to restore MP with no reference to the Lily mechanic in its description).
3. Your Lilies will all disappear immediately and your abilities which require Lilies can no longer be used until you regain them.
4. This might affect other PVP actions - only tested with Muse today, but I kept losing my Lilies unexpectedly and this was why.
5. I assume the consumption of the Lily is the bug because otherwise the skill sucks on WHM and nobody else despite being cross-role. However, it might just be a problem with the description not explaining the Lily use. I did not notice during combat, and it's impossible to test Lily mechanics alone.
6. Relatedly, there's a nonsensical English description for the RDM PVP action Monomachy "Increases damage dealt to target by 10% while lowering damage taken by target by 10%." It makes no sense. Removing "by target" or changing "taken" to "dealt" or changing "by target" to "from target" are all possible interpretations of the skill but it needs the grammar fixing, please! The correct wording (from the Japanese description and only changing one word) should be "Increases damage dealt to target by 10% while lowering damage taken from target by 10%."
