Amount of reimbursement of house

So on the page talking about transfers it say

Is this based on what you paid for the house or what houses sell for currently, I ask cause I bought my house before the last price reduction so my medium house cost 37 million gil but now the same plot is like 20 million. So if I were to decide to do this would I get the 37 million back or the current price of 20 million? I'm still gathering my thoughts but this would be pretty high on the list of things I would be considering.

if it's anything like the 45 day house relinquishment, it's the price you paid.
