[Quest Journal] Large Qty of Quest Description Errors(?)

I've been wondering if the vast majority of Stormblood quests have had a database error. In the journal description for each quest, it uses the (one or two) sentences that you see on the dialog box when first accepting a quest, rather than the play-by-play descriptor.

Example: Lyse takes the Lead (second MSQ quest) shows "Lyse is eager to leave <redacted>." This is also the text you get when you are accepting the quest, whereas "Beyond the Great Wall" (first MSQ quest) shows the narrative text in the journal and not the simplified version.
