I think my msq is broken..

So I got to the first quest at the jenga tower that you get from Alisae. After their dialogue when they were doing the fading run away thing it seemed to reset as they returned to where they where before I talked to them. The quest isn't in my journal as it isn't accepted and the icon is still over Alisaes head. However the market doesn't show up on the full map instead only visible on the mini map . Now when I try to talk to her nothing happens. Anyone else had an issue like this or know how to get past it? It's completely halted my progression till I find a way to fix it.

I am having the same problem, same with everyone else coming through accepting the same quest.

Relogging fixed the issue, just beware you have to wait your serve que.
