Minions popping up on logging in that weren't out when logging off.

Frequency: Every time I log in.

Class/Level: BLM 66

I got d/ced from an instance and re-queued and noticed that when I finally got back in the world a minion I had had out long ago popped up, but I know for a fact I had not had it out before I got d/ced as I had died and it vanished. So, every time I login now this minion spawns with me. Not too big of a deal but just odd.
