Locked out of Coeurl after teleporting

Class/Level: Fisher/56
Party or solo: Solo
Area and coordinates: Sea of Clouds (16,13)
Steps:
1. Was fishing at Cloudtop, put away my rod, and teleported to Anyx Trine
2. Disconnected from server during the transitional black screen (3070 Error)
3. I now consistently get "This World is Full. Players in queue: 1", and it never progresses. Occasionally, I can Cancel out of the queue and retry, which results in another 3070 Error.
