I'm trying to transfer to Omega and it's not allowing me the option, Louisoix is on the list but Omega is not on the list for me to transfer to. Anybody know why?

I'm trying to transfer to Omega and it's not allowing me the option, Louisoix is on the list but Omega is not on the list for me to transfer to. Anybody know why?
I know the exact problem. If you have a standard entry level account (1 character per server) and you have a character on this server it won't show up. You have to delete and wait about 5-15 minutes before the server will show up.
The only other issue may be choosing the server in the server select area, and then not actually making a character, so that the server is recognized as being there for your account.
They might closed transfers since, omega is full already
