A 90k at the same time, every night. Why?

I am aware that the servers are under immense strain, especially during prime time hours, such as the evening. However, I have been been getting repeated disconnections and have been unable to log in again every night at almost exactly the same time: approximately 11:00 ATL (10:00 EST or 7:00 PDT). It never fails to disconnect me within 20 minutes either way from that time.

My initial belief was that it was just server strain from prime time. But if that was the case, why would it be at the same time every night, and why would it be 7:00 PDT, of all times? Why not 4:00 or 5:00 PDT, at which time the West coast is returning from work or school, and the East coast is well into their prime evening hours? The timing seems a little odd, especially the consistency of it.

So, does anyone have any idea what else might be causing this guaranteed disconnect? Because right now it feels like the game is just telling me my bedtime is 11:00pm, because it absolutely refuses to let me on again until the next morning (or perhaps all hours of the night, but I've never stayed up to find out).

A similar thing is happening to me every night around that time when I am in the duty finder - error code 90005 around 9:40 PM EST, plus or minus 20 minutes. If I stay on my server's world, I do not get disconnected during this time frame.
