Cant log in to claim CE items but would like to move

I need to move off Balmung. I have not logged into my character in since I applied my CE code to my account and i'm afraid if I transfer now I might lose whats in my mailbox. Do i need to get on and claim these items? Will the move process with items in the box and possibly lose them? or will I just not be able to move?

as it is now I cant even log into my character when i get home from work to clear out the boxs because the queue is around 3 hours. Im stuck between a rock and a hard place here

But in short, yes, it looks like you do have to claim all pending item deliveries from the moogle before you will be eligible.

ok thanks. odd though i can select the character, it doesnt show as being inelligible but i'll take your word for it and maybe check my queue in 6 hours to see if ive gotten in
