My friend is trying to play the PS4 free trial, she downloaded the demo and set up her SE account, but keeps getting the error that her password is wrong, even when she copies and pastes it, is there anything she can do to fix this? She's trying to reset it but says she needs to wait 24 hours. Have people had this issue before and is there a way to resolve it?
