Instance issues for **Groups**

Has anyone else noticed that it's really hit and miss whether you will appear in the same instance of an area even if grouped and teleporting in?

This is really proving a pain for groups of friends playing together as you all seem to have to come out and run in (so you can pick your instance) or you have to all teleport out and then teleport in together.

This all goes out the window though if you come out of a cut scene as you are then all on your own again and get put into different instances of the area!?

Please can you sort this out as playing with friends is becoming increasingly frustrating if not expensive for all of the teleporting.
