System Error

On the launcher before even signing in I am being greeted by a system error and an immediate force close. Can anyone help me figure out why? I am currently reinstalling the game to see if that helps, Also on Google Chrome i seem unable to load the Lodestone as well.

EDIT: The re-installation didn't work

EDIT2 : I restarted my PC, Internet and updated chrome it seems to be working again so if you have this issue id say give those methods a try [6/20/17 2:24PM PDT]
