Sound Error: Diving

Issue: Whenever I'm in a zone with diving when I have my character resurface to the top of the water there is a strange audio pop that happens only when surfacing in that particular fashion. The best way to describe noise is that there is still an audio effect but it then cuts off with a sharp blip or beep.

When trying to replicate it by entering water domes in The Ruby Sea there will be no audio pop. This sound glitch seems to only and always occur when breaching the surface of water in any zone. Flying or being unmounted does not effect the sound pop and will still occur.
