Hasty Touch II not working on comman line

Frequency: All the time when trying to execute the skill from command line or in macro

Character name: Sida Bajihri

Class/Level: All craft classes on level 61

The skill Hasty Touch II works well on all the classes when executed by clicking the skill icon hotkey. When trying to use it from command line with /ac "Hasty Touch II" it works for Carpenter, but all other craft classes say ' “Hasty Touch II” is not a valid action name. ' The exact same command line was used from chatline buffer, as well as from macro. I restate that I have the skill unlocked on all classes, and on all classes can use it just fine manually from the skill icon. Just the command line command fails for some reason for other than carpenter.
