What if... Deployment Tactics was changed to mirror Emergency Tactics?

Let's be honest with ourselves for a minute. You don't press Deployment Tactics to spread Eye for an Eye, you press it to spread an Adloquium crit to the entire raid when initiating. So with that in mind, what if Deployment Tactics instead mirrored the effect of Emergency Tactics?

Instant with a 60 second cooldown, lasts 15 seconds. Your next Adloquium or Succor's heal is negated, but the Galvanize is applied as though the target received healing from double the cure potency (600 for Adlo, 300 for Succor).

This would be thematically appropriate, as well. You would want a much stronger shield when initiating (aka deploying), whereas you need much stronger healing during panic scenarios (aka emergencies).
