Latency Woes

Lately I've been getting ridiculous lag in Stormblood areas, and only in SB areas, especially from about 8pm-12am (CST). I don't remember ever having this problem with HW. Is this because there are so many players in the new areas? And if so, would transferring to a low-pop server fix it?

yes and yes....i thought they were adding leviathan to the congested list yesterday. but it doesn't look like it's on there now. it should be.
