Lvl 63 mining quest

Its asking me to mine Beggers Mythril Ore, I'm in the designated area and I can't find this stuff.

Then you are not looking at the right nodes. Check the other set in the area.

I am just having a hard time getting a hq one. According to the node I have a 0% chance of HQ and according to the preparation skill I need a perception of 624 I have the best gear a lvl 63 miner can have and most is materia enhanced with mostly perception materia but my perception is still only 514 with food

Never mind I never looked at script gear so I never bothered getting any so that is my problem with this quest

Scrip gear is not even the best gear. The i200 red scrip gear looks to be the best, until you consider that the crafted i190 gear (both of these are level 60 sets) can be melded above and beyond the red scrip stuff.

A well-melded i190 set will last you to level 70.
