Leviathan was designated as high population but I could not transfer for free as the news states.

It was declared congested in one of the news articles, however it isn't, wasn't and won't be high population server, even tho it does have from time to times character creation restrictions, it's not even comparable to actual high population servers aka Balmung and Gilgamesh. Therefore it wasn't on the list, this link here is what matters, if you are looking to transfer or get bonuses based on the new regulations or implementations that have been made. So again, unless Leviathan shows up on that list under congested, you won't be able to transfer off or on that server for free, only exception is or would be, if you're trying to transfer to a new or designated world, than and only then unless they already changed that, you'll be able to get a free transfer out of that. Otherwise, sadly to say, you'll have to pay for your transfer. Hope that clears things up.Quote:
